CGS Provider Outreach and Education is proud to offer comprehensive and focused education in 2011. In addition to many web-based offerings, CGS will hold face-to-face workshops in locations across Jurisdiction C. This year's theme, Navigating Medicare in 2011, reflects our desire to communicate information that assists suppliers in our Jurisdiction to make informed decisions about their business, and to provide providing quality service to Medicare Beneficiaries.
This year's schedule is more topically focused than ever before, and this is the direct result of feedback from previous workshop attendees. You'll notice that the schedule for the entire calendar year has been released at once, to allow suppliers to attend the sessions that will benefit them the most. As dates are finalized and locations chosen, registration pages will be opened and announced via our daily listserv.

These workshops will focus on one policy or subject matter for the entire day. The content and discussions during the workshop will be more in depth and meant for attendees who have a good working knowledge of the subject matter. Extensive time will be spent on Q&A, and a help desk will be available during the day as well. These sessions will be perfect for the experienced employees in your organization, or those with the responsibility of training others.
