RESOLVED: CEDI Delay in Delivery of DME MAC Files and CEDI Outage
This morning, September 15, 2009, National Government Services, Inc. CEDI experienced a delay in delivering files produced by the DME MACs with their cycles that ran on Monday, September 14, 2009. This included the DME MAC RPT files and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs). As a result of this, the CEDI Gateway had to be brought down. This issue has been resolved, the CEDI Gateway has re-opened and the DME MAC RPT files and ERAs are being delivered to the CEDI Trading Partners' mailboxes.
