Provider Contact Center Closing in Observance of Columbus Day
On Monday, October 11, 2010, the CGS Provider Contact Center and Telephone Reopenings line will be closed for staff training and in observance of Columbus Day. Although you will not be able to speak to a Customer Service Representative, our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit and the Claim Status Inquiry/Beneficiary Eligibility (CSI/BE) system will be available to assist you. Due to the Columbus Day closure, the Provider Contact Center will not be closed for the regularly scheduled weekly staff training on Thursday, October 14.
